Oh how I love my CHAI!!
So warming and comforting. I love to make it with black tea when I want a little pick me up or when I don’t want the caffeine I use rooibos tea.
My new favorite non caffeinated version is with Chaga tea.
This recipe is for a big batch of Chai concentrate that you can keep in the fridge. Just heat the concentrate and add your favorite tea and milk and sweetener if you like.
